Is it smokable ? and what harm does it do to your plant please ?
I would not consume any moldy buds. If it were mine I would amputate that whole cola and put it in the compost. Then, after washing hands well to minimize spread of spores, I would gently open each of the other flower clusters to see if there is mold anywhere else, and I would amputate all the moldy stuff.

You could be more selective and go through that moldy cola amputating individual budsites. Take off everything with mold. There's a good chance that it will just spread into the adjacent sites though.

You probably have too high humidity and not enough airflow in your grow environment.

Absolutely not, it's bad shit. It spreads by spores that are airborne and if it's that visible, there's a good chance it's on more than one of your plants. I'd do a really good inspection of all your plants for anything that looks like white threads or webbing and toss it. You can cut it out and spray the area with peroxide to kill any remaining spores but your still risking smoking moldy buds. I'd imagine, as mentioned above, a lack of airflow along with high humidity was the culprit but it's not always the cause. What were your growing conditions like?
