So I have some late outdoor plants and I have been getting VERY lucky with weather. (seriously 30 out of 37 of the last days have been in the 80's, which is freaky for Montana).

The plants are just getting near the end of flower (I'm almost positive they got another week in em {Both ending their 8th week flower.}). But now this weather comes up and screws my plans . They are in pots so Ive been bringing them in at night cuz it gets in the low 30s in august.

My question is if I should chop tomorro or let them finish out another week inside near or around my 250w hps (Keep in mind I have plants under this and will only be ably to set my outdoor plants NEXT to the light.) Would this decrease potency/ trich production or harm the end product?

I included pics to help you guys answer my question. (first four of one plant and the rest of the other.) Any help is appreciated, THANKS!!!!

anyone think I should put them into the two days of darkness after tomorro? Has anyone tried this side by side comparison and got actual results? I'm intrigued.

Just keep doing what your doing and relax. Harvest them when your ready. As far as the 2 days of dark, take good branch from each plant and compare. Let us know how it goes and those are some nice looking buds.

So what are the thoughts on this though? Weather here is going to be mid 60's during the day with rain showers in the evening and night. The buds are really full, will this cause mold? And holy crap it rained over an inch yesterday and were they SAGGING ... I did my best to cage them up but man I hope they recover...

I'm in Chicago and they don't call us the Windy City for nothing. Damn I though my roof was going to blow off. The weather here is going to be cold but okay for the nest 3 days but it's going to start raining for about a week after that, my plants need at least 3 maybe 4 weeks left, I f'n hate it here.

Yah was super windy here, really surprised nothing broke off. You just gonna roll with it and hope for the best during the rain??

Thanks for the comments guys!! Can anyone answer my questions though, lol. Ive decided they need at least another week so I'm gonna hold out. But will no sun Affect the growth of the bud in the last week??? Will the buds stop fattening up and just mature?? SHould I make room under my hps for them just to finish out???

let them stay, don't shock them towards the end of the cycle...thats unnatural just let them adapt as best they can. lookin real good, take some pics in a week or two and update us..

that sucks about the weather bro ur hitting the 30's already im only in low 40's hope everything goes well

Ya there's no way I'm flowering this late in the season again!!!! (new to outdoor growing). Ive been really lucky with weather. Good thing theyre in pots and I can wheel em in every night.

At least I have learned lotsa stuff for next year's grow!

Being in pots is a plus but my plants are so big it would take 3 guys to move them if they were. They've been adapting just fine to the colder wet weather after having like a month of no rain and perfect temps. They have turned purple quite a bit though. It's supposed to get really cold tonight so I may put a tent tarp over them. I could chop one of them now but I'm gonna wait for a little more amber. The others need at least 3 maybe 4 weeks. I'm leaving them out as long as it doesn't freeze. I had heard winter was going to come late this year, I hope they were right.

Ya mine are really small and are still a bitch to move cuz the pots are so heavy. I use a wheel barrow to move em tho, it makes it much easier!
