G **GG** Active Member Aug 3, 2013 #1 This is my first time growing shrooms. I just got two syringes of B+. After reading a bit I've decided to go with WBC Flour. With WBC you have to cook the seed. Do you have to do the same with the flour or can i mix the same as i would with BRF ????
