How many watts is it safe to run without using to much power want 2 1000w for flower and one 400w for veg is that safe

Pay yer bill..filter yer exhaust..keep yer mouth shut... and GROW ON.
If you start the increase at the beginning of summer it will look a lot like an A/C unit....IF anyone looks at all....which goes back to statement #1 above....
