Can I buy a 26 watt fluorescent bulb will this equal to 100watt incodensant and this is for (1) plant, so can I use it?

they work great. you can get them as big as 42 watt equal to 150watt.

ive seen a 105 watt equal to 400 watt CFL's

and the answer to your question if you can grow one plant with one 26 watt bulb is yes...but once it gets big you should get more bulbs or make one socket two with an adapter.....

you can start a great plant if you keep it very close without burning it
but once it starts to get bigger you will need to throw more in there

i grew a 1/2 foot plant that wasnt stretched at all with a 26w cfl ya just got to keep close

Ignore the equivalent rating of cfls, that's equivalent to incandescent which is the most inefficient electric light source going. It's like saying "I've got a huge dong, compared to a 5 year old's"
