Watering

I just have one question about how long and how much time that I should water with a system like this?

its debatable. if you want the recommended but more expensive for the timer it 1min on and 4 min off.but the timers that are capable of doing this cost like 60 buck.then theres the 15 dollar timers from walmart. they are 15 on an 15 off.some people go that way.well im talkin aeroponic not sure if drip is different but i dont think so. i leave mine on 24/7.so whatever you like

With the system I have in the background of my avatar I water for 15 mins. three times a day directly to the rockwool and then on the inside I have a drip going 24/7 so the roots dont get to dry.

good to know. I will take it in to concideration when i dicided on what type of hydroponics to go with on my grow
