Watering with compost tea following transplant

I have to do a few transplants soon and was wondering if it would be good to water with compost tea when i transplant or would it be better to use some kind of rooting hormone or just plain water?

compost teas are always great. then there's seed sprout teas , labs and other ferments

What kind of seed sprouts would be good like popcorn? I tried one yesterday with a compost tea and a little mykos in the whole and its already showing new growth over night there was almost no shock and i ripped off the bottom 3rd on purpose cuz it was really rootbound

transplant shock only happens if the roots get damaged. Tearing off the lower will make the roots branch out more.

barley seed sprout tea is good during veg. corn seed is better for flower.
