Watering schedule for rockwool on Water Farm

Hey guys, my main question is how much watering should I apply using a general hydroponics water farm top feed system with my sprouts being in 1.5" rockwool cubes.

I have heard some people leave them on 24/7 but because I am using rockwool I dont want them to get oversoaked. They will be laying in hydroton. 1 rockwool cube per water farm with the watering ring around the cube.

When I was using the water farm system I was running the dripper every 3 hours for 15 minutes, day and night and my girls did just fine, remember to start your nutes really low and work your way up as you go.
