Watering question

Okay so I'm set to start my first grow since I believe 2012 LOL. The only difference with this one is I have decided to go with a EBB and Flow drip line system. Now I have all the pumps, timers, 9 x 9 pots irrigation lines already set up , flood tables, nutrients PPM and PH meters. I have been doing a lot of research but can't seem to get a straight answer on when I should run my pumps how long and how often. I do not want to over or under water them. I would appreciate any advice on the matter . thank you in advance

The plants will be put into 6 in rockwool cubes placed in 9 * 9 pots surrounded by hydroton with a 30 gallon Reservoir and to irrigation drip lines per plant. I will be running a 1000-watt lamp in a 3x5 tent with a full line of Botanicare Pro nutes. I also have 2 inline fans 1 oscillating fan a small heater and an AC unit. I have my climate control units everything is ready to go I just need to figure out how many times I need to set my pumps to water per day. I've heard once per day for seedlings and twice a day once they are matured in veg. The timer that I purchased can be set for multiple times per day at as little as 1 minute intervals. I was figuring I would run it once a day for 5 minutes to start and go from there would that be a sound strategy?
