Watering in coco, how much is too much?

Hey guys, total noob here I’m in my 2nd week into flowering and I’ve got the girls in 25 litre pots filled with coco professional, ppm is 700 going in and coming out about between 500 and 650, ph is 5.8 and coming out at 6.1-6.3. I’m watering 1 litre at lights on and then about another half litre 6-8 hours later. I get between 30-50% run off every time. Everything seems to be fine but I keep worrying about over watering/ nutrient lockout so I’m wondering if anyone had an idea of what would be classed as too much watering? Because everything I’ve read seems to say that’s it’s mainly underwater that’s an issue with coco and overwatering is hard to do.
Full set up is 2x1.2x2 meter tent with 1000w LED light and carbon filter/fan for extraction and oscillating fan for general air flow. I’ve got and can provide plenty of pictures if anyone’s interested in the set up or needs to see anything to give advice or to see if the girls look healthy and are progressing nicely.
Any help will be massively appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

It's impossible to over water a full grown plant in coco........even totally saturated, coco holds 30% oxygen.
I feed twice a day in flower.
You don't need such a large pot with coco.......you can grow a tree in a 9 ltr. pot with coco.
Good luck.

Coco is hydro, you could pour nutrient solution in non-stop and it would still grow.
I usually do mine every other day because I'm a bit lazy.

Ah no way ha, got a mango seed sat there may try that bad boy too ha ha. Joking but that’s awesome, never knew Coco made such a big difference. Thank you :)

Ah ok, thank you. I’m pretty lazy too but been making the effort with the girls as don’t want them to suffer for my laziness ha ha. Thanks.

Let's see you grow set up and plants. Be a proud parent.
Yea sure these are just random ones from equipment to the seeds and set up itself thank again :)

Unlikely .......... more like 75w cheap Amazon burple.
Both my 2x1 tents are powered by a 240w HLG + 2QB copies, and they're running at 200w.
Very possible. You’re the 2nd person who’s said that to me. I’ll send you the lights now you may be correct.

Check the add where you bought the light and look at the small print, or the back of the light and look for "power consumption"
Work with 50 true watts per square foot in flower.

That light could be anything from 125w to 250w . You need to know.

It came as part of a tent kit from a grow shop online. Think it maybe had something about 200w in that case. Should have the documents somewhere though to check

You don't have near enough light for that space.
You need approx. 1250 actual watts.......that light is probably only 150 actual.
Oh also I’m only growing 4 directly under it. I’m not using the whole space it was just a good offer on that tent lol

Seems to be rated at under 175w ........ but the LEDs aren't all that efficient ..... maybe 120w in reality
Ah fair enough. So far all seems ok though so no complaints. Doing my 4 little ones pretty good. Guess I’ll be looking for new lights then. Any suggestions for LED ?
