so i just planted my seeds just abouts 30 hours ago, they havent broken through the soil yet, dont expect them to but should i water them if the soil drys a little or wait for them to break soil before my next waterin

you shouldn't water wet soil. i use a spray bottle to water mine till they poke up but never when the soil is visibly moist. you don't want it to dry out too much when germinating a seed but you don't want it waterlogged. how much water you gave and the environment can effect how often the soil needs re moistening.

Did you germinate your seeds before putting them in soil? They will break through within a day usually. If the soil is dry water it but don't over do it. Be patient and wait for it to grow. Remember a watched pot doesn't boil.

its a 20 watt cfl. getting larger watts friday, about 5 inches away, going to move them closer

just be patient and they should pop in a day or so.... yah its the worst when they just don't grow as fast as we want them too...In time ...in time

yes, yes it is. my only problem is the i leave fridays and come back saturdays leaveing them friday sat and sun alone. if i get a timire fir the light i should be fine right? and would you like to see my set up, im transfering to a cpu case once i find out there sex, its 4 bagseeds

Don't need a timer for seedlings...just leave lights on 24 hrs that way they will have light/heat while your gone...couple days should be ok? long as temperature is constant and not too hot.

got to start somewhere...looks good so far ...yes height will be your only problem later... but nothing that lst or topping won't fix
temperature should be 25-29c for your seeds to pop! and it will be fine to leave light on 24hrs since your going away...then there is no worries about light or timer not working while your gone...but good to pick one timer up for later.

there a thermastat in my room it read around 76 usually in my room, and thats a closed surface, so it should be a little hotter.
