Watering and feeding

should i water them with the lights on or off? Also when is the best time to feed them. They are 2wks old. and about 6in tall.

check your soil by sticking your finger in it about an inch or two...if it feels dry then water it...give them some nutes at about their 4th week and do so at 1/4 strength at first and work your way up
