Water?

Probably a very simple question. I've just seen a few answers and am not sure which is best. But, when is the best time to water plants indoor? I've been watering about a hour before the light comes on. Is that okay?

sounds like a good time to me. the only time you want to avoid is before lights off. plants take water up into the leaves during the day, and leave it in the roots at night. if you water before lights out your plant will be sitting in the water until the lights come on, and this can cause root rot.
