I use well water @ ~180 ppm and Pro Mix HP right out of the bale. Just pH the source water to between 6.0 - 6.2 and you should be OK.

Hook Daddy Well-Known Member Sep 8, 2023 #3 IME the ppm of well water is not as important as the ph. My well water is about 400 ppm and 8+ ph. It is fine in soil grows, but when I run hydro I have to run it through an ro filter. In Pro Mix you should be fine.
