Water pump timer recommendations

Aloha
I'm looking for a timer that will turn my water pump on for less than 1 minute. I get too much runoff at 1 minute intervals and feel like i am wasting too much nutes.
I would like to be able to do 30 sec bursts starting in the morning , and have the last one around 1 or 2pm then dry back until the next morning. I've already put some shutoff valves on my lines to try and reduce the amount of water per plant but they are too finicky and dont water as evenly under less pressure.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I use the nearpow from Amazon. Not the one with the blue buttons but the one with the black buttons. I do 15 second intervals with it
