I am thinking about buying some wholesale water pipes from this company in China
but I am not sure if they are legal to bring in to the states? What are the laws on water pipes, bongs, and pipes?

Legality of bongs and water pipes depend on state law. I believe there are one or two states that prohibit the selling of water pipes, but don't worry, the culprit would be the seller, not the buyer, so you'd just end up with no pipe, less cash, but no law suite or fine. (This is how Tommy Chong got arrested, selling pipes... the bastards.)

But those are some nice, classy pipes.
