Hi
My big bud plants are in their second week of flowering under a 400 HPS, soil grow. I watered my plants this evening with 6.5 water which inc food and the water coming out of the pot is 7ph.

is this a major concern? How do i adjust this? Do i have to flush?

Thanks in advance

It means your soil is slightly sweet. Have you added lime or any all purpose ferts lately? I wouldn't sweat a .5 difference though. PH swings all the time.... look at the chart and you can see why a plant may swing PH to get at another nutrient it needs...

Exactly. I was wondering if there was possibly lime in/or added to the soil, which will keep the PH near 7.

Hi
Thanks for the speedy reply,

I'm using the Gro tek range of nutes. (http://www.grotekusa.com/products/guide/product.asp?code=sixpack). And I have been adding a spoonful of Molasses to their feed. I noticed when I added the food to the water my ppm was reading approx 450ppm so I added more of one of their products called solo tek (http://www.grotekusa.com/products/guide/product.asp?code=solotekg) to increase PPM to approx 900. Do you think I need to adjust this, or will i skip my next feed and just water the plants....
