Just wanted to let everyone know that if you are doing a water cure for some personal stash....I recommend adding an 1/8 Teaspoon of molasses to the water every other water change when doing the water cure method.
I was curious and experimented on a couple of buds from the same plant. Control group got no molasses and the other had molasses added on every other water change. I have to say it had interesting results!
The smell was sweet and it retained a sticky quality after drying. It still burns well but the molasses soaked buds took longer to cure. Now I am wondering what other additives I could add to the water during a water cure. I am intrigued...
I dig the sweet smell. I might have gotten lucky as I can see how this might cause a problem adding stuff to the water. Maybe next time I will change the water every 12 hours when using molasses.
Thought I would throw it out there and see if anyone else had tried it.
Thoughts?
