my waters PH is around 5.8 and my soil PH is at a little lower than 8 what do i do? my baby's stem is turning white

Raise your water ph and the soil ph is close enough at 7

A Ph of 7.0 is dead or neutral.
Marijuana needs the soil slightly acidic so 6.5 is what you should shoot for.
Try to lower your soil Ph in stages because the difference is 10x acidity for every 1.0 measurement.

He is not going to be able to lower the ph in the soil. He will do harm then good. He is better off leaving it.
