Watch Us Grow All Purpose Fertilizer

Has anybody here ever used this "Watch Us Grow" all purpose fertilizer?
I remember this stuff from when I worked at a Garden and Pet store as a teenager (I'm getting to be an Old Fart, 49).
Looked it up online and it is 8-8-8
I remember once that I fed this stuff to a sweetheart philidendron vine and it went from having 1" wide leaves to 3-4 inchers.
Doing an outdoor grow this season and I want other's opinions please.

sorry for yelling, but First, during vegging you want high potassium. during flowering a high nitro ratio is preferred. you also need to be able to regulate these as necessary. I don't know exactly why, but all I've heard and read on here and other sites says to stay away from any additives that are good for african violets. Can't say why, didn't want to risk trying it, maybe someone elas knows exactly why. /Bump

BTW I am currently using MG 24-8-16 for flowering, I am on my 20th day.

Thanks Faralos, yeah thats pretty much what I'm getting from most things I've read.
Is that Miracle Grow you're using? A good friend of mine swears by it, All Purpose for veg and Bloom Enhancer for flowering.

i think faralos got the types of nutes to use during flower and veg backwards.......read this for different types of nutes during different stages of plant development.....GROWFAQ

It's N during veg and p during flower. Get it right faralos and don't confuse the noobs......

This info is wrong and I wouldnt use MG either. High N for veg and high P for flower. I would use some foxfarm grow big for veg and tiger bloom/big bloom for flower.

Yup farlos is exactly the opposite of being right he is completely wrong as stated. I use Miracle grow moisture control soil but not there nutes.The MG moisture control is great llok at the posts I started on using it under Miracle grow the wonder soil or Fletch gets dirty 2.0 to see MG at work

Wow it's great to see all the concern over the issue of a little mis-info.
I'm so looking forward to this grow and great to know I've got people lookin out for me.
I played it it safe and ordered seeds from four different companies (not knowing which would make it to the states). And.......my first package just arrived today (16-BC Kahuna and 12 BC Mango), YES!!!
