hi just wondering is it ok for the biggest leaves on a few hands to dip down or up on the very end? no colour change or aNYTHING.

YES... if your plant is GREEN and you have NEW vigorous growth.. You are probably doing GREAT!!!

It could also be over watering...

The leaves should be crisp.. droopy soft leaves are often a sign of to much or not enough water...
