was the flowering stunted too long to acquire good sized nugs?

I was growing this blue dream 12/12 from seed and gave it too much nitrogen when it was pre-flowering, The leaves started to curl like crazy so I flushed with a cleaning agent for 4 days and then I switched it back to a lighter nutrient solution gradually increasing it. The nugs are getting pretty frosty now but the nugs are still really small and the hairs actually make up most of the nugs size. I forgot how long it's been flowering but i'm guessing 25-30 days.

I know these pics suck balls but just imagine little popcorn nugs with long white hairs even though they're getting all the attention of one 400 watt hps.

Any new growth coming out that isn't curling? From the look of it I would stick with a lower nutrient level for a while until you get some normal growth.

Yes after the 4 days of flushing all of the new growths weren't curled! then the buds/hairs started forming but it's been flowering for a little under half of the time it's supposed to and i'm wondering if sticking with this plant is even going to be worth the water/electricity if i'm only going to harvest 14 or less grams.

Well you have goofed up a bit on the important transition phase, but after things line out you will probably get a bit more than 14 grams. It's already established in the waterfarm anyways so you may as well grow it out. Let it go 10 weeks or so and see what you get.
