Probably something to do with the anti-drug society we live in. Anytime people hear the word drug they assume "horrible life ruining addiction" type thing. It sucks most people consider weed a drug, because that is THE stereotypical thought most non users have. Today my friends friend asked him how he "Killing himself" felt. As in marijuana smoke can kill you, okay. Lack of knowledge... its almost irritating.

As for our government, probably something to do with them thinking....um....shit um, I don't know.

Reefer promotes "higher learning" and the gov't knows that, plus its impossible to tax so it will never be legal. Its a true shame because like my friend up here said it is not a drug. Plus if every one smoked a joint once in a while there would be no war, no racism, and nothing bad in this world although there would be a problem with food consumption because every one would have the munchies lol.
