Ok, here's the deal at the moment. The room doesn't belong to me, but it does belong to my best friend, who is more of a brother than my biological brother, so trust issues are fine and he asked me to share with you all what he's got going on. Got your basic closet grow op, with two 400w hps supplying the light. Ventilation is good with a/c duct flowing into the room, and an exhaust setup going through a scrubber. As far as strains go, all of the plants but one are from an accidental breeding between Jack Herer and Blueberry. Those are the tall skinny ones in the pictures down below. Now, he knows that things could be better, that they weren't so tall and all the other stuff, but this is his 2nd grow, though technically it could be called his 1st, because the grow before this had to be aborted due to security reasons. He would just like some general opinions on how things look and maybe if any experienced growers could spot anything and make a few suggestions, like he worries that he might have a cal-mag def. from using RO water, though he is using epson salt on it. Ok, now if you've made it reading this far, time for some rewards.
Now, onto something more specific. This next plant started from an unknown seed that was generously donated by a friend. Unfortunately, there's no way to tell what strain the seed is, as there were 4 or 6 strains all mixed together in the friends collection. What we are hoping though, is that maybe someone who has grown it can help identify it by it's seemingly unique characteristics. The one thing we do know for sure, is that it's definately indica dominant. Ok, on to the pictures.
Notice if you would, the design and look of the fan leaves. It seems as though that is unique to whatever strain this might be. Here is a closer look at them.
And lastly, it seems to me that things must be going pretty good, as this last picture is of the cola on this plant, and it has been flowering for 23 days.
PS: Yes, there is some nute burn in that last one, but it was flushed well and is now on it's way to make a good recovery.
