Wanted Home Rental in Michigan

Does anyone have a lead on a home rental 3 bedrooms country setting (virtually anywhere)?

If I paid all or most of the lease/rent up front should I get a discount?

dont know where your lookin but my whole neighborhood is for sale or rent and its not a ghetto ass dump either.

study up on lease options, see if they'll let you do a lease option, then if you like the property you may be able to purchase it later, just my .02.

I have been on Craigslist for probably 2 hours. Rents are wayyyyyyy reasonable. I guess I am going to pack up the car and drive to Michigan on Tuesday or Wednesday. Hopefully I will get some responses and have some places to look at.

I have seen alot of places that have options to buy. I would way prefer owning something.

i'm a Michigan guy as well. there are tons of places avialable. here is what you do.....

go to craigLOOK.com

search their site by using a mi zipcode and a radius larg enough to search the state. that should help ya some! the south west side of the state is all country and there are some really good people and some friendly cities there. any questions about mi i can help with feel free to pm me.

I guess I am going to focus on Kalamazoo area...and head east from there if I don't find a place. I really only want to stay a day or 2 so hopefully....
