Want to upgrade my closet for best and faster crop - Need some advice

hello everyone!

Im a new grower in my first grow and i want to change my closet desgin/setup and need some help.

My closet size is 178X64X41cm (Height,Width,Deep) as you can see in the picture.
I have 250w DualSpectrum light with 2 fans (IN&OUT) temp between 72F-78F, umidity 42-52%, growing in soil.
in my next grow i want to upgrade it to get better and faster crop, keep it small but bushy plant (not like now that
i have 2 tall plants). im still thinking how to do it and i would be glad to hear from pro`s here. i thought about split it and make
2 differnt spaced inside, im still a noob so idk what i need to do or buy for this, which light i need to add if iv got the Dualpec
and its good for VEG and FLW? i think you can underestand that im a bit lost on how to design it for my need. any help
will be blessed, ohh by the way, i dont want to spent too much money on it so i can build staf instad of buying them

open your cabinet so we can see your setup.

I would probably paint the outside to stop the light from passing thru the plastic cabinet.

Best is two seperate areas, use HPS for Flower and use CFL for Veg.

Whats the problem with the light passing outside the plastic?
yea thats what i thought...2 seperate areas, but how can i block the light from affecteing both areas?
and what about air? right now i have 2 fans (OUT on the top and IN in the bottom of the closet)
what changes you suggest me to do? and wich and how many CFL i need for VEG cuz like i said, till now
i VEG with DualSPEC. i want to start with 2 plant every cycle.
