Want to Flower but this is stopping me!

Hey RIU so I was looking around the forums trying to figure out what this was but i couldn't really find a straight answer in most posts it was between mites or cal-mag def. At first i thought it was mites so i was spraying my plants with a mixture of dish soup, neem oil and water, but that didn't help.
Can someone point me in the right direction Please I want to start flowering them but i don't want to start until this is dealt with.

Can you take a picture of the whole plant from far back so I can see more of it. She looks good to me from that close with a little problems here and there, nothing major really. Could be burns from you splashing the water on it or from spraying etc.
 
Looks like burns from splashing, whatever substance :?: If you used more than a couple drops of dish soap in a gallon of water it could be the source of the problem. Not all dish soaps are kind to plants.

ahhh this might be it I added more then a couple of drops.
 
Looks exactly like a couple of mine after sprayed Fox Farms "Don't Bug Me" on them for some white fly's....I was stupid enough to do it on another grow and it did the same dammed thing...I even sprayed during the dark period. Went on to other methods....you will do good though...nothing too bad there.
 
I think it looks like it might be splash burn. From foliar feed or just water. if water droplets sit on the leaves under the light they can start to literally burn the lead like the sun through a magnifying glass.
 
I think your crazy if you flower that plant i would say out in bigger pot Veg for stress another week or two then flower....if you have the room that is
 
can you explain why you think it wouldbe crazy a little better I don't understnd looks ready to flower looks like its in a big enough pot looks healthy ???veg for stress????
