HTGsupply had the least expensive 16" wall mounts i could find. Depending on how DIY you are, Craigslist some floor fans and adapt them.
I have 4 of these bad boys! They are quite,run smooth with neat features.

Will these fans work with an external timer and resume the same mode or do you have to turn them on once they get power again?

The wall fans should stay on 24/7, you shouldn't need a timer.
No they won't work with a timer. Kind of a bummer. But I agree with nevergoodenuf they should be on 24/7 anyways.

Someone called these fans "badass".
Whoever has these fans better hope they aren't badass.
Advanced put out a line of fans that did the figure 8 thing. The line was call BadAss. Great idea, but the biggest peice of fucking shit fans ever made. EVER! Motherfuckers would just quit working after only a month(if you were lucky), or the fan blade would blow up/shatter. What a joke.
