I seen these type of bugs. Never seen them burrow into a pot plant! I used to have a pic of one! I'll look!

That is not weed. I've seen them around my house under an Old oak tree... They could resemble weed though. More like walking moss!
Don't know the names but here's a couple others that look weird and very small. Ones a little spider that spins a web and The little white one will float through The air.. They bite too.

Here's a cool looking spider! She sits upside down and that puts the face right up!
