I just post the sign you get with the paperwork. I did notice last yr they never issued that sign. But no I never used a fence but I'm out in the sticks and zero neighbors

can you grow one in your front yard if you have yr card here in Washington?
It probably depends if the city or county has rules defining outdoor md growing because I don't think it's defined at the state level. You might want to use some common sense. If your in the sticks like the poster above, simply posting your recommendation might be appropriate, if you are in a residential neighborhood with neighbors, I would say a sight obscuring fenced, locked enclosure would be appropriate. Aside from legalities, if you threw a plant in your front yard without any fence for anyone to see, it would just get ripped 9 times out of 10.

im sure your rite man, but they are such pretty plants. I would have them just for decoration, as well as other things, I would have them littered all over my yard if I could! I would be popular among the neighbor kids I am sure.
