So, it's almost done, W.W. in 1gal pots with coco, canna coco nutes, drip irrigation, 600w HPS (bare bulb) day 55.
I haven't been real crazy about the rate of growth in the coco vs the soil grow right beside it, but the overall plant health seems to be better.
Just starting to see the buds go into overdrive and start making those little pinecone looking calyx's that stick out all over the place!!! yum!
Trycome production has been slow as well, but seems to be picking up now. Probably going to have to give them at least 2 more weeks......?...
Anyone have any experience based feedback about coco grows? The guy that owns the local hydro store RAVES about it, so I thought I'd give it a shot. ......just not my thing I guess.View attachment 668988

So the growth has been about the same in coco as soil? I thought the point of coco was that it allows the roots alot more air..

I actually saw a little faster growth from the soil, but greener, healthier growth from the coco......I'm waiting to see what the finished buds are like, and if they are any better than the soil. If all I get is a plant that looks just a wee bit nicer, but runs a bit slower..........I'm not interested.
