I am just starting to grow my own for the first time I'm using a grow tent with 125war cfl the big one I was wondering how high I should have the lamp over the seedlings bongsmilie

I am growing early rider I hear its easyer to grow

Right on top of them they need the most heat as possible because flors and cfls dont produce alot of heat. So mayb like 3 -5 inches above so ur plants dont stretch
