Hi there, simple question here. Which light would be better for indoor grow? Also Whats the difference when it comes to heat control in grow box?

Heat is directly proportional to the power consumed, 1 watt = 3.412142 BTU. That 600 watt Vispectra is actually 269W. Avoid the blurples and almost everything on Amazon, including vispectra.

White light is what you want, strips, cobs and boards.

Led panel draws 270w so it will run cooler than a 400w hid system.
400w HID will output more light.

If you have a legal grow, do the HID, you will get more grams per square foot.
