Vibrations And Sacred Gemoetry

Hello my friends. I remember quite a while back seeing an interesting documentary and i wish to share it with all of you. I think we can all benefit from it on some level (even those who don't want to can see pretty "cool" patterns). I encourage everyone who reads this sentence to at least watch the first 3 minutes to understand the concept because it's quite an eye opener on many levels. If you're not interested in the information it's still an amazing example of what exquisite geometric patterns water can be formed to just by vibrating a certain frequency through it. And the part of the water 'memory' was a big surprise even to me. Anyways enjoy!

I simply posted my own video which asks questions we should ask of any fantastic claim. I did not claim you were trying to prove anything, nor did I suggest you shouldn't share the video. Notice I did not call you names, or say your words are bullshit.

Having no evidence for a claim is a great reason to be called out, but again all the video asks are questions. I have spent many hours debating these claims, these very same tired well refuted claims your video makes. The threads are archived here if you care to read.

So you only want to hear from people who do not try to disprove the claims? Any who challenge you should be silent? Is asking some basic questions considered disproving? As I stated before, if you want to have a private conversation use the PM system, or go to a forum where they do not allow disagreement. In here, all have the right to post and involve themselves in a public discussion. You should be the one trying to disprove your theory. You should be the one asking critical questions. How can you trust something if you have not examined it for mistakes?

We see this a lot in this subforum. People come in with half-baked ideas they got from watching videos and share them without first searching for holes or putting any thought into validation. This by itself is not the problem, in fact these forums are meant for sorting through ideas, both bad and good, The problem is when the holes get pointed out here, when critical questions get asked or counterpoints are presented, the poster does not defend the explanation, but attacks the critics and suggests they should be quiet. They belittle peer review, despite claiming to only want to share and discuss. What is a discussion if it is not allowed to include anyone who disagrees? It seems these people are simply searching for mutual mental masturbation. They only wish to grow in areas which agree with their worldview, and dismiss the concepts which do not. They have not met the burden of self-criticism and resent when others point out their lack of intellectual rigor. It is no coincidence that these criticisms are always about the quality control aspects of science, because it is those controls which filter pseudoscience out.

Another common tactic we see here. Attempts to suggest that when someone agrees with a criticism or counterpoint, they are doing it for reasons other than agreeing with the reasoning. Regardless of my intentions, people learn. Regardless of the positive feedback, or my choice not to do something else with my time, people learn. You can say that you learned nothing, but you can not speak for anyone else.

im a born leo and i definitely fuel things i will admit. it's in my nature to fight till the end and the ultimate lesson i must learn is to ultimatley ignore what they are saying. they do a darn good job of provoke however and as i'm typing this i realize that i understand that exact reason. i went for that block button to save me from myself before finding out this douche (no offense to that guy with the blue picture) is a mod. anywho i suppose there is no block button in life so this will be a great lesson for me. thank you for your input Chief.

I have no idea if the people not making themselves heard agree with me, are inspired by me, or hate me, and neither do you. I have never categorized anyone as a 'believer' unless talking about a specific claim, and I think anyone capable of posting here is capable of learning.

It is a good assumption that no inactive theist is taking anything you guys have to say seriously, and I got a feeling you know that. So your audience consists of those that share similar beliefs. So minimal learning is being done because you are only teaching those that already have a very similar mindset. Even the polite and balanced theists in this forum dont take in much from what you have to say (Eye, Mister Sister) as they are unshaken in their beliefs. If they learned any of the main things you are trying to teach then they would be doing some questioning of themselves and on the path to being 'logical' (lol). This is only a game you play by clashing heads for self benefit.

they can't seem to grasp the concept that their lack of spirituality is a "high risk" (for those of us who are questioning) and no reward scenario. the reason claims to be understanding what they preach is the truth which we understand is a lie in itself since you don't need science for validation for anything except the illusion you call your reality. clearly some have been earth bound for too long and perhaps it's time for an escape if you're that anal to not even realize it.

Lets not forget that regardless if I am teaching or learning myself, I have as much right to post as anyone. Even if I were playing a game, it would not make my points any less valid, or yours any stronger.

It seems now you seek to speak not only for those who do not post, but for those who do. I wonder how Eye or Mister would respond to your speaking for them. I also have no problem with those who hear my words and choose not to listen, or do not feel their faith shaken by me. The difference between Eye, Mister and you is that they do not attack me when I disagree. They do not take criticism of ideas and logic as a personal attack. It would seem they are more secure in their identity and possess more integrity.

Eye seems content with not sharing what he believes in because he knows what will come of it, which is sad because I'd like to hear more inputs from him. I admire Mister Sisters relentless positivity no matter what the argument, I wish to be more like him. But you basically just said "Yeah, so what?
