Veterans, I NEED HELP

I just recently purchased 400 watt HPS lights and a 400 watt metal halide conversion bulb.

This is my first time growing indoor and I was just wondering if you could recommend a set- up that would most efficiently benefit my plants.

Um Thats Kinda Your Call, U Want Dirt, Hydro, Etc. Dirt Is Great For 1st Timer, It Is More Forgiving...just My Thoughts. Dbb.

where ever u grow expect that light to raise temp around 5-15 degrees depending on grow area and ventalation
