Very tiny insects

Anyway, just switched to a 20 pot wilma lately, getting extraordinary growth. Anyway, saw some spots the other day. Checked all literature and info I could find online and in books but my don't seem to be common so i'm a little lost. I've already ordered some iso and neem as I guess this will be part of the clean up. But any info would be appreciated.

I have a 30x loupe and it's still hard to see them so they're very small. I'm guessing .25mm, green with a long body. They're definitely sap suckers as the leaves have the signs of it but they seem to be staying only on the lower leaves.

I'm increasing the humidity and going to soap water them till the alcohol and neem arrive. Any ideas what they are though?

Looks like thrips, Thrips suck juices from the leaves and can cause them to look silvery in patches. They have long slender bodies and can be treated with any good thrip pesticide, pyrethrum, and they hate garlic. Hope this helps.

Cheers man. I'll try the garlic... Get some neem as well. Like to stay a-natural if possible. Is fairy liquid and water any good on them? Are these solution all safe for my plant? The general consensus from what I've read is they are but it's my first real pests...
