While flushing my plant,I noticed in a puddle of water in the container a very smallish like worm, a bunch of them, squirming, wiggling in the water. It seems when I poured water, it slightly shifted the soil around the plant and these were exposed,I'm guessing. I wouldn't of notice them, they are that small, but I was stareing at the water as it was going down and just noticed, they're barely noticeable, maybe some type of white larvee. Any one know about these, and what can I do? I've looked at the leaves, nothing crawling. Any info would be appreciated.

No wings. shook the plant lightly, nothing. Just wiggling like hell, about the size of a grain of sand. A bunch of them. I think they were in the soil and the water washed them up. Again they're not noticeable at first. Checked under the leaves also. Very disturbing once I noticed.

Probably springtails. Humidity is high. They are your friends if they are springtails as they are an arachnid and not an insect. They won't hurt your plants and they eat your plants trash as another poster wrote. They eat fungus and molds.
