Very newbie Question

I am new to growing and bud plants them selves, I was wondering if seed pods have hairs or are the balls with hairs coming out nuggs? Please answer ASAP and i apologize for such a newbie question.

it's really hard to give you a good answer without pictures - but if the hairs you are talking about are white you are probably seeing female buds.

The hairs are red now but were white at a time, sorry for no pics

when the hairs turn red, it means its ready for harvest

Not sure its ready for harvest, hell it doesn't have any buds yet =] I am just making sure that it wont turn out to be a male.

the pistols two white hairs that seem to split from one another is the female organ im guessing n thats how u tell if its a female
