Very first grow....

So this is what I considered a "co-op" grow... a buddy of mine had 20 + outdoor babies going when I was asked to take 8 or so of their hands. I "adopted" them about a month from seed (seeded 4/1/2010)... thought i'd post some pics and notes and see what everyone thinks! This is my very first time handling any sort of grow, so please, be gentle

some tech specs: all are bagseed as far as i know, each looks slightly different then the others.

400W HPS
non commercial soil ( i didnt make it, not sure whats in it)
all organic grow, bat guano / blood meal / fresh water when needed

not really going TOO crazy on this as its my first time...learning as i go
