P lock-out secondary to over-watering. with a side of N abundance. imo

I only gave these guys nutes every other week and been careful not to overwater but not careful enough I guess. Can you tell me what I can do to fix and get my green luscious leaves back ? Thanks and these are white widow I believe,they seem to be the only ones suffering.
