mine only do that after i spray them down with insecticide , you know you should water when the medium is dry, just touch it and if the top is crispy and the inside is dry then water

Your plant is suffocating from their roots not being able to breathe do to excessive watering. You need to let your growing medium dryout between waterings, with plants that size if your soil is right you shouldn't need to water more than once every 5 to 7 days. It is much easier for the plant to recover from being too dry than being too wet for an extended period of time.
Here is something you might take the time to try, it has served well for people I have shared with that were learning how to grow plants (all type of plants).

This process might be a bit of a pain in the ass but you only have to do it once to get an idea of what amount of water your soil holds and when it is time to rewater.
Bottom Watering
This works great for a number of different stages but seedlings and cloning in soil I think is the best. Anyway, you are new to gardening or growing our girls and just can't seem to get the hang of how to water your plants correctly. How much water? and how often?
Pouring water through the soil is very inefficient method in most soils as they tend to run through. So the easiest way to know is to take your soil mixture and place in a starter pot. Do your packing and everything just like there was a plant in the container. Place the container in a larger bowl, bucket, whatever and take an equal amount of water to your plant container, more or less, just something you can remeasure. Pour the water in the larger container and allow to sit over night. The soil will wick up the water until it is saturated. Remover the container but allow it to redrip entirely into the large container until it is totally done dripping. Measure the water in the large container, the difference in what you have is what the soil holds.
Now if you carry this a step further. Place this wet container in your grow room just like there was a plant in it. Now the next time you get the urge to water your plant, water the container again. If the container doesn't soak up at least 2/3 the amount of water it originally did it is not time to water.
You can weigh your containers also, a much easier method agreed but if you are new to growing things it will help teach you more about your soil than a scale will.
Just my two cents, Good Luck

When you water you need to put enough to get a good amount of run-off then dont water for 3day or so
It depends on how big the pot and the size of the plant
