very cloudy weather vs 400w HPS

i've had some plants growing outside in pots since the start of june (i think.....). they are very healthy and not stretched out, they are just starting to flower . the biggest one is at waist height (so over two feet excluding the pot). BUT the weather here is pretty shitty with heavy fog / pollution , we've had many sunny days this year but it seems to be getting worse with maybe only 1 in 4 clear days, the rest are Really cloudy. so my question is would it be better to move them inside under a hps till harvest (its not possible for me to move them daily). Does anyone have any experience with a similar situation? thx in advance!

i havent been in the same situation but you might aswell move your plants into a grow room and under the hps!it certainly wont do any harm to your plants!just make sure when your bringing them in to clean bugs off them with a mild soap and water solution!hope it goes well
peace

Thanks man, i've a few outside so I'll try with one of the smaller ones. I need to be real careful with that soapy solution. last time i did that to try and rid some bugs i let all the water run into the soil, the plant was completely dead two days later, even after heavy flushing. i realised it was fucked when bubbles started coming out as i poured in the water. Duh! you live you learn i guess.
