Well, we are going to need more info. What kind of hood are using? Air cooled or open? In a 4x4 tent a 600 is going to put off a lot of heat. Your temps will be in the 90's if you dont cool, so you will either need a standing air conditioner, or cool intake air, or air cool your hood (assuming you have an inline hood) with a fan and ducting running through your tent.
90 degrees is way too hot. you want to be somewhere around 76 degrees in my opinion.

90 is too hot, but with co2 up to 85 is kosher.
But why go through all that expense?
What is the intake air temp like (the area you have the tent set in)? What about in the heat of summer?
How big is the area the tent is going to be in?
Can you cut a large 4-6" hole to outside air?
What is your budget?
i got a worse problem i got a 1000w HPS in a 3x3x7 ft tent. non aircooled hood. havent set it up yet but so far i only got 2 computer fans..looking into 2xView attachment 2102781and run those with ducting from the top of the hood. would this be enough? if i have the tent being vented by 2 computer fans 1 in and 1 out

No this will not be enough, those things are basically junk. I do successfully use a 6" duct booster like that for cooling my veg room with a 8 bulb t5. But for a 1000 watt you are going to need an inline fan, 6" at least.
i was planning to use a 4x4 tent light house with an xstrasun mondo reflector.. not even sure the size of the vent on that reflector... but i have no idea what kinda fans i should get.... im assuming a combo with carbon filter and ducting... but not exactly sure how that would work? would i need 2 fans? i mean i need fresh air in my tent + vent out all the hot air.. threw ducting? + pull air threw carbon when smell gets bad?

Your hood is probably too big for this to work, but this is how i would do it the arrows indicate direction of air flow. Carbon filter > ducting> hood> fan> out of tent or house if possible.
You need to find out what size venting your hood has, either 6" or 8". Then size based on that. You need just a 6" for it, an inline filter and a filter about the same size (cfm rating). I think you should look around 250-300 cfm (cubic feet per minute) fan and filter.

The rule of thumb is supposed to be based on constant air exchange. (unless CO2 is used)
Figure out your total cubic ft of your tent area: LxWxH= Total cubic feet.
Air is supposed to be exchanged 2-3 times per minute, therefore-
A tent that is 4x4x8ft = 128 cubic feet.
128 x 3= 384 cubic ft. So a fan around 250-350 would probably be just right for good air exchange. (like the wise poster Trueno above just stated.)
Good air exchange equals lowers temps and healthier plants!

Wow i thought my 1200-1500 actual cfm was overkill, guess just a little.

I have never understood the huge reflector thing, really works against the theories of light dissaption and spread. But whatever.
I think the hood will fit fine, but the filter to the hood is gonna be an issue i think.
As far as intake air, use a bigger exhaust fan and put an opening twice as big on the other side of the tent (if you are using 6" then you need 2 6" holes) the negative pressure will draw fresh air in (and your tent walls some too).

then put it on the other side of the hood, hell put it right on the filter! I really don't believe this because you are only running 90ish degree air past it if you are cooling it fast enough, and if that wears out your fan, it was junk to begin with.

As a start, may need fine tuning. Intake air temp is extremely important. If you set things up based on one intake temp, then summer hits and you shoot up in the main room, the tent is going to shoot up equally as much, sometimes more.
