Ventilation

i have a 6'' cool tube should i be blowing air into the grow room on the bulb or pulling it across the bulb?

If you have a cool tube bro then you shouldn't be pulling/blowing any air from that into your room. If ya got a cool tube then get the proper size ducting that fits the tube and vent it out of your room. One of the main purposes of the cool tube is to keep the majority of the lights heat out of your room. On one end of the ducting (It'll prob be connected to your ceiling) Have an inline fan like a 150 cfm fan or something to get the air moving through. Depending on the length of your ducting you should adjust to the strength of fan you would need to use to make sure you have good air flow. Fans like this are good and cheap

Have the exaust fan at one end of the cool tube pulling the heat away from the light into a carbon filter on the outside of the grow room. You can have the carbon filter on the inside but it will sometimes still have a little heat comeing from the filter so i have it on the ouside. But i would still have a ossalateing fan blowing air just above the plants on the light to bring the temp down even more.
