Ventilation question

alright guys, i have a grow box and two fans for ventilation. The question is, are they suppose to stay on all day or do i have to put a schedule or something for them
 
You need constant change of air, its not just about letting any heat out, its also about letting in fresh co2 so that the plants can breathe.
