vent fan needed?

Im thinking Im going to build a frame with plywood covering it, making two rooms, one for veg one for flower. My garage is not heated so would the room get any warmer then the garage itself without a vent fan? around here in the summer we average 95 and in the winter it stays sound where just above freezing if it matters at all.thx
