Veg'ing and yellowing=dying-Help!!!!

I've changed the water every 7 days and do daily ph checks to keep it at 6.0. oh...I'm using Raw's Nutes but am switching to General Hydro's. Lights are on a 24-hour cycle.

I'm assuming it's a nutrient problem but can't figure out to fix it...

When things go wrong in hydro it happens fast. An easy way to get rid of the root rot and keep your rez sterile is a couple drops of bleach per gallon a couple times a week.
