If you are flowering in a tent don't veg for long.

With a Sativa, I'd stick to 4 weeks to veg because usually they are taller than an Indica, and definitely a longer bloom time, so you should set them off into bloom as soon as possible.

It usually take 3-4 day's for a seed to pop. so I just count down from when I plant the seed.Is that seed or from small plant?

Oh, just do 11 on and 13 off for your bloom.
It works fine and saves you an hour of power consumption.
