Veg with HPS

I am doing two bubble buckets with clones and a scrog grow. I plan on doing a short veg cycle. Do you think there are any major drawbacks to vegging with a 400 w hps.

not major...but yes..mh creates fuller roots and fuller leaves..there is a big difference comparing to of the same plants under similiar conditions..with 1 under mh and 1 under hps..the hps veg will have sun bleached vegatation...and wont be as big or as full at the end of veg.. not to hate casue i just vegged all my ladies under hps...under 2 lamps.. and then added a 3rd during flower. but theres a noticable dif..those vegged under mh i notice may yield more from superior conditions and growth in veg translating to a bigger final yield..
