I'm only saying its over watered because you just flushed it but it does look like the nutes are building up.

2 why you the thread police ?

Grandpa once said "Boy...Better the devil you know than the Devil you know not".

Do you have a PPM meter? How much you feeding them? Whats your feeding schedule? Feed-Water-Water? Something else? They are droopy cuz you just flushed but I see some nute buildup in there too. IMHO you should back down on the nutes. With CFL's additional light never hurts.

I was feeding them every 4-5 days some organic earth juice grow for veg no ppm meter like enough for the water it drain out like %15

I would recommend a $35.00 Hanna Primo PPM meter so you can accurately gauge your feeding levels. 250-500 PPMs until early flower, then start walking it up until you find the sweet spot. As far as WHAT you feed them in this 250-500 PPM range and thru flower, that's on you to figure out based on strain and requirements and visual cues.

EDIT: This is assuming you have a balanced soil that will carry you through until late veg/early flower. Otherwise you'll have to adjust the PPM levels accordingly.

KUSH, the PPM meter will give you an accurate reading of how strong your nutrients are.
So that you don't end up with plants that look like yours do now, sure you measure out the dosage per litre or w/e accurately right?
WRONG.
Anything could be wrong with those utensils your using to measure your feed, get a PPM truncheon and it will tell you in half a second how strong your nutrient solution really is.
Also you need a feeding chart for the nutrients that you are using, simply going by the back of the box is not going to cut it while you are a new grower you will kill your plants.

If youre using cfl make sure to let it dry good and go easy on th nute, cfl take longer to dry out..make sure to feed them depending on your lighting...
